Femsy was built for you first. Not a filter on someone else’s app. The reason this one exists.
And to the men here: you’re welcome. These rules are how you stay welcome.
Be yourself - your photos, your age. A pseudonym is fine. A fake person is not.
Respect - no fetishising, no misgendering, no interrogations about anyone’s body.
Consent - ask before you flirt, before you send, before you push.
Privacy - never screenshot, save or share what someone sent you privately. Never out anyone.
Keep it decent - no nudity anywhere on Femsy - profile, messages, private albums included.
Not for sale - no advertising, no promotion, no escorting, no sugar arrangements.
No scams, no spam - no fake profiles, no bulk messages, no money talk.
Adults only - 18+. Zero tolerance for any sexualisation of minors.
No hate, no violence - toward anyone.
Handle hard things with care - and stay within the law.
Real, not exposed
Plenty of people here aren’t out - to their family, their workplace, sometimes their country. We’re not going to ask you to choose between this app and your safety. So: a pseudonym is fine. Not showing your face is fine. Keeping your life off your profile is fine. What isn’t fine is being someone else. Your photos have to be yours and recent. Your age has to be true. Everything you say about who you are has to be something you’d stand behind in person. Do not:
Use photos that aren’t yours, or that no longer look like you
Lie about your age - this one gets your account removed, not warned
Impersonate anyone, real or invented
Use AI-generated or heavily altered images as your own
Run more than one account
A person, not a category
Femsy exists because most apps treat feminine-presenting people as a search filter. Here, that’s a violation. Attraction is welcome. Being reduced to it is not. The difference is whether you’re talking to a person or to a type. Do not:
Misgender anyone, or use a name they no longer go by
Ask about anyone’s genitals, surgeries, hormones or medical history - including as an opening line
Treat someone as an experiment, a phase, a fantasy or a box to tick
Describe anyone using fetish labels, porn categories or slurs
Ask someone to prove, justify or explain their identity to you
Out anyone, to anyone, anywhere
If someone tells you they don’t want to discuss their body, that’s the end of the subject - not the opening of a negotiation.
Ask first. Every time.
Femsy is a place to want and be wanted. That only works when everyone involved has said yes, out loud, and can change their mind without consequence. Consent isn’t a formality you get past. It’s the thing that makes any of this good. Do not:
Turn a conversation sexual without checking that the other person wants that
Send suggestive photos to someone who hasn’t asked for them
Keep pushing after a no, a change of subject, or silence
Pressure, guilt or bargain anyone into anything - a photo, a call, a meeting
Depict, promote or glorify non-consensual acts
Silence is not a yes. A yes yesterday is not a yes today. A yes to one thing is not a yes to the next.
What’s shared with you isn’t yours
Someone sending you a photo is trusting you, not publishing to you. Treat everything you receive here as borrowed. Do not:
Screenshot, record, save or re-share private photos, ephemeral media or album content
Repost anyone’s messages, images or profile outside Femsy
Share someone’s name, workplace, address, socials or anything that could identify them
Reveal that someone is trans, femboy, queer or on this app - to anyone, ever
Sharing intimate images without consent is a crime in France and in most countries. It ends your account here and can end up somewhere far more serious.
Desire, not exposure
Nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited everywhere on Femsy - your profile, your Now status, your private albums and your messages. Yes, private ones included. We’d rather tell you why than have you guess. Explicit images are the thing most often screenshotted, saved and later used against someone - and this community has more to lose from that than most. And an app that hosts them becomes a different app, with different visitors and a different reputation. That’s not what we’re building. Flirting is fine. Suggestive is fine. Swimwear and underwear are fine, as long as everything stays covered by something you can’t see through. Do not:
Share images showing the genital or anal area, uncovered or barely covered
Share depictions of sexual acts, real or simulated
Link out to explicit content hosted elsewhere
Use explicit imagery or porn-site handles in your profile, username or bio
Not for sale
Femsy is for meeting people. It isn’t a shopfront, a funnel or a booking system. Do not:
Offer or request paid companionship, escorting or sexual services
Arrange sugar dynamics, allowances or gifts in exchange for time or attention
Advertise, promote or drive traffic to any product, service, event or platform
Ask for money, gifts, top-ups, subscriptions or crypto
Use your profile primarily to promote a brand, a website or another account
Nobody here is a mark
Romance scams hit this community hard, and the people running them are good at it. We remove them fast - and you should stay sharp too. Nobody you’ve never met needs your money. Do not:
Build a relationship in order to extract money, gifts or personal information
Send bulk, repetitive or automated messages
Pitch investments, trading schemes or anything promising easy returns
Move people to another platform under a pretext
Phish for passwords, codes, banking details or identity documents
If someone asks you for money, report them. Even if it feels real. Especially if it feels real.
Adults only. No exceptions.
You must be 18 or over. Not 17 and close. Eighteen. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and for any sexualisation of a minor - in photos, in text, in fiction, in drawings, in anything generated. There is no framing under which this is acceptable here. Do not:
Share, request or distribute any material sexualising a minor, in any form
Feature minors in your photos or your content
Communicate with anyone you know or suspect to be under 18
Present yourself as a minor or use age-play framing
Accounts involved in any of this are removed permanently, the evidence is preserved, and the matter is reported to the authorities. We don’t warn, we don’t negotiate, and we don’t reinstate.
No room for it
Our members are targeted enough offline. Femsy isn’t going to be one more place where it happens. Do not:
Use transphobic, homophobic, racist, ableist or otherwise degrading language
Threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully or pile onto anyone
Share content depicting violence, gore or cruelty
Support, glorify or represent hate groups, extremist movements or terrorist organisations
Celebrate or deny violence against any community
This applies to what you do off Femsy too. If you harm someone you met here, we treat it as if it happened here.
Care over shock
Real conversations sometimes go to difficult places, and that’s allowed. What isn’t allowed is content that puts someone at risk. Do not:
Glorify, encourage or give instructions for self-harm, suicide or disordered eating
Share graphic depictions of self-harm
Promote or depict substance misuse
If someone tells you they’re struggling, take it seriously and encourage them toward real support. You don’t need the right words.
Stay lawful
Everything on Femsy has to comply with the law where you are and where we are. Do not:
Buy, sell or arrange drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data
Use Femsy to organise or facilitate trafficking of any kind
Break the law and use us to do it
What happens if you break the rules
We look at what happened, how serious it was, and whether it’s a pattern. Depending on that, we may:
send you a warning
remove the content, or reset part of your profile
restrict features on your account
suspend you temporarily
remove your account permanently
Some things skip all of that. Anything involving a minor, non-consensual sharing of intimate images, or credible threats of violence results in immediate permanent removal and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities. Whenever we act on your content or your account, we’ll tell you what we did and why. If you think we got it wrong, you have six months to challenge it - write to support@femsy.app and tell us why. A person reads it.
If something’s wrong, tell us
You can report any profile, message or piece of content from inside the app, and you can block anyone at any time - they won’t be told, and they won’t see you again. Reports about a minor, about intimate images shared without consent, or about a threat to someone’s safety go straight to the front of the queue. Questions about these guidelines, or something you need to tell us? support@femsy.app. We read everything.
